Wong Chin Hsien
Wong Chin Hsien (Jun Xian) graduated from Malaysian Institute of Art in the year of 2012, he studied composition and piano under Mr. Ken Hor and Mr. Neo Hup Hiang. After graduating from MIA, he worked as an assistant film composer under Mr.Ken Hor and worked with him on several film that included Yeo Joon Han's featured film “In The Dark”. Since 2013, he has actively participated in the composition, arrangement and orchestration of large and small concerts projects, including KLSCAH “Cross Ethnic Art Performance Concert” in 2013, “Young Malaysian Go Classic I & II Concert” in 2013 & 2017,“Crooning Christmas Cracker” Concert featured MPO & MPYO in 2013, Istana Budaya “Konsert Permata Seni” featured NSO in 2018, “WSEG 2018 Opening Ceremony Concert” and etc.
Besides concert-hall music productions, Jun also produced the music for TV commercial such as Astro AEC “零距离 5” and “寰游日记” , Wesley's Wild Honey TVC, documentary “Biofuel: Future Fuel" and etc. In the year of 2018, Jun also cooperation with Masakini Theatre Company and he composed the theatre music for the Wayang Kulit Show based on the Mak Yong Stories directed by Sabera Shaik. Currently he still active as freelance composer, arranger and orchestrator.
